Firstly, Royal Mail determine business days based on the country of delivery, so customers in Scotland and Northern Ireland will have different working days to the rest of the UK.

The usual Royal Mail special delivery restrictions apply to some parts of the UK. If you are resident in those postcodes you should already be aware of those restrictions, and further details can be found in the FAQs at http://www.royalmail.com/personal/uk-delivery/special-delivery.
