4.12 How do I manage my saved delivery addresses?

You can add up to 5 addresses in your address book to speed up the creation of currency orders and reduce the likelihood of errors when re-typing the same address each time you place an order. We will automatically add the home address from your account.

You can only add addresses which can be found in the Royal Mail Postal Address File (PAF), as these are the only addresses for which Royal Mail can provide their fully insured Special Delivery Guaranteed service. If you live at a new property not yet registered with Royal Mail, or if the address Royal Mail holds for your is incorrect, please visit the Royal Mail website to report a missing or incorrect address.

To add, edit and delete your addresses, just visit the accounts section of the website or mobile app. We will automatically verify that you reside at that address when you place your next order.
