5.17 Is my order guaranteed to arrive on the selected date?
Royal Mail operate the delivery guarantees available through their Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service on weekdays and Saturday - the delivery guarantee is not provided by us or our Distributor.
In most UK locations, Royal Mail will attempt delivery on the selected date and by the 1pm stated in the service name.
However, Royal Mail special delivery restrictions apply to some parts of the UK. If you are resident in those postcodes you should already be aware of those restrictions, and further details can be found in the FAQs at http://www.royalmail.com/personal/uk-delivery/special-delivery.
