5.18 Which days do not count as business days?

"Business days" are those days when we are able to pick, pack and despatch your foreign currency for next business day delivery. Weekends are never business days, and neither are public and bank holidays in England.

Please note that the next business day for delivery excludes public and bank holidays throughout the UK, and local holidays in Scotland and Northern Ireland. If you require urgent delivery of your foreign currency or delivery on a specific date, please check the Royal Mail website to ensure that date is a normal business day has no exclusions in your locality.

When placing an order, we will show quite clearly the deadline based on despatch from England, and the available delivery dates based on the delivery country.

Please see the Royal Mail delivery date exclusions for more information.
