Some customers have told us that they are unable to access the travel money website on their iPhone or iPad. This is usually because your Safari web browser is in "private" mode, and you probably don't even realise it! Unfortunately our travel money website won't work with Safari in private mode as it prevents us from "talking" to your device when we are caching exchange rates and processing orders. If you don't want your Safari browser in private mode all the time, or if you are happy to use our travel money website without private browsing enabled, then use this Apple article to learn how to disable private browsing.
