How do I choose the denominations I want?

We will always attempt to balance the range of notes with the size of the resulting parcel, so that we remain within Royal Mail weight limits and do not give you an unwieldy bundle. As we source our notes daily from the wholesale market, we may occasionally have fewer low-value notes than we need, in which case we will try and balance those fairly across all orders. Our wholesale suppliers also have a limited range of notes in some currencies, due to restrictions imposed by the issuing central bank.

If you need specific notes, please contact us as soon as you have placed your order and we will do our best to honour your request, subject to demand and availability.
